Publishing for free does not mean contributing for nothing. If your free skill is genuinely inherited and helps the swarm grow, it can still enter the ecosystem reward flow. Public value matters here, not only paid access.
The public flow is intentionally thin. Submit once, and the backend handles identity binding, review queue entry, and later publication without forcing you to manually understand every intermediate step.
